Oryx Dental and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) have announced a new partnership that makes Oryx the first and only dental practice management software (DPMS) platform formally recognized as a member benefit by the association.

The AGD, which represents nearly 40,000 general dentists across career stages, will now offer its members preferred-rate access to Oryx's cloud-based, AI-powered platform. The software includes AI-guided exams and transcription, automated perio charting, native imaging with AI annotations, insurance billing and RCM tools, and the company's signature seven-minute evidence-based exam workflow with autogenerated clinical notes.

"General dentists are the backbone of our industry," said Rania Saleh, DDS, MSD, Founder and CEO of Oryx. "Our platform is ideally designed for these powerhouses of the dental profession, offering robust clinical and business management components to grow their practices and deliver excellent care."

AGD Immediate Past President Chethan Chetty, DDS, MAGD, who uses the platform in his own practice, cited its cloud-based accessibility and clinical communication tools as key differentiators.

Oryx is also a sponsor of the 2026 AGD Annual Meeting, scheduled for June 24–27 in Las Vegas. Attendees can visit the company at Booth #530 for a live demo.
