Dr. Kathryn Alderman, EMBA

Dr. Kathryn Alderman, DDS, EMBA, is a dentist by training, AI strategist, and nationally recognized thought leader in dental technology. With more than 20 years of experience leading multi-location dental practices and scaling healthcare organizations, she founded Intelligent Care Alliance (ICA), an AI implementation firm dedicated to helping dental practices adopt practical, human-centered AI solutions that work within real clinical and operational workflows. Dr. Alderman holds an Executive MBA and has completed specialized training in AI product design through MIT, along with advanced education in agentic AI through Johns Hopkins. She is the creator of the AI Advantage™ framework, author of The AI Advantage in Dentistry, and co-host of the AI in Dentistry: Intelligent Conversations podcast, which reaches more than 400,000 healthcare professionals. She has spoken at major dental conferences, including the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting, and brings a practitioner’s lens to every strategy she teaches.
